Michael + Hannah planned an amazing wedding at the Historic Pole Green Church in Mechanicsville, Virginia, but like so many other couples right now, the corona virus swooped in and changed everything. They decided to postpone their big day to healthier times, but were so excited to getting married, that they eloped on their original wedding date.

These two met at just 12 & 13 years old, were fast friends and were even each others first kiss (excuse me while I cry at how sweet that is!) Fast forward a few years, they reconnected again & have been inseparable ever since.

To say they have been waiting forever to become husband + wife would be an understatement! It was a rainy morning, but the clouds parted just in time for them to say their I do’s, & then we snuck in a few sweetheart portraits before they were off to spend the weekend quarantined together in a cabin in the mountains!

Hannah + Michael, I am so thankful to be apart of your love story, and the way you have handled the disappointment of these uncertain times with such grace is an inspiration! I absolutely cannot wait for the big celebration in a few months!
