I met up with Maddie + Alex last week for their engagement portraits at their wedding venue, Whispering Pines Plantation in Amelia, Virginia. It was the most perfect fall day, with tons of sunlight and the BEST golden hour portraits!

Fun fact: Years ago. Maddie + Alex were my first paid couples session. To put it nicely, the photos were absolutely terrible. Honestly, bless these two for being so sweet, because the quality of those photos were downright embarrassing. Fast forward a few years, and I am super thankful to not only be given a chance redeem myself, but also to be able to capture their wedding next year!
